No soaking, No grinding, No fermenting , No complicating procedure, But still you get crispy, healthy and tasty Netted Dosa. Temper with spices and add onions to make it tastier and kids favourite too...


Ingredients You'll Need

Whole wheat flour 4 cups
Rice flour 1 1/2 cups
Finely chopped onions 2 tb spoons
Finely chopped ginger and green chillies 2 tea spoons
Curry leaves
Crushed pepper and cumin seeds 2 tea spoons
Mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Oil for tempering 2 tea spoons


Directions

Mix both flour well with salt and add water to make it to pouring consistency.


Must be thinner than regular dosa batter.


Add chopped onions, curry leaves, ginger and green chillies to the batter and mix well.


Heat a sauteing pan with oil and temper with mustard seeds, pepper and cumin seeds.


Once they spluter add them to the batter and mix.


Heat a non stick dosa tawa and grease with little oil.


Take a ladle full of batter and pour it around the tawa in a circular direction starting from the outer edge.


If needed take some more batter and fill up the gaps.


Drizzle few drops of water around it and wait for it to get cooked for a minute.


Flip off to the other side and cook. When both the sides become brown and crispy it is ready.


Serve hot with Tomato Chutney or Coconut Chutney.
