"Quick and Easy weeknight dinner"

Why I Love This Recipe

Quick, easy and healthy alternative to chicken tenders.


Ingredients You'll Need

 10-12 boneless, skinless chicken tenders
 1 tablespoon minced garlic
 1 tsp dried basil
 1 tsp dried thyme
 Salt and pepper to taste
 ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
 1 cup Parmesan cheese (I use ½ cup grated and ½ cup fine)
 ½ cup panko bread crumbs


Directions

Directions: Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients seasonings, mayonnaise and cheese together. Coat each chicken tender evenly top and bottom with the mixture. Place on baking sheet. Cook for 35 minutes or until crispy on top. Serve on a salad or with veggies.
