CRISPY SKIN SALMON

Ingredients

  • Salmon steak with skin
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Cream Cheese
  • Green onions
  • Salt / Pepper

Directions

  • Season salmon with salt, pepper and garlic
  • Sautee in olive oil (3-4 minutes per side). You may want to cook the skin side down a little longer.
  • Add small amount of plain cream cheese as extra sauce
  • Add chopped green onions on top
