CRISPY SKIN SALMON
- Salmon steak with skin
- Olive Oil
- Cream Cheese
- Green onions
- Salt / Pepper
Season salmon with salt, pepper and garlic
Sautee in olive oil (3-4 minutes per side). You may want to cook the skin side down a little longer.
Add small amount of plain cream cheese as extra sauce
Add chopped green onions on top
