Ingredients You'll Need
2 lbs. carrots, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
6 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
3 stalks celery, sliced
3 lbs. beef roast (cubes)
3 cubes beef bouillon
½ cup water
Transfer the carrots, onion, potatoes, and celery to a slow cooker in that order.
Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add the beef cubes and brown. Transfer to the slow cooker, and arrange on top of the vegetables. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in the water and pour over the beef.
Cover and heat on a low setting for 8 hours.
