CROCK POT COUNTRY STYLE RIBS

 

  • Cooking Time: 10-12 hours
  • Servings: 4
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 lbs pork country-style ribs
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1 1/2 onion grated
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  • Preheat broiler
  • Place ribs on unheated rack of a broiler pan
  • Broil 6 inches from the heat until brown about 10 minutes, turning once
  • Transfer ribs to crock pot
  • In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients
  • Pour over ribs, turning to coat.
  • Cover, cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 5-7 hours
  • Serve with sauce over the top.
