CROCK POT CHICKEN TACOS

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup medium, chunky salsa
  • 1 Tbls. chili powder
  • 1 Tbls. cumin
  • 1 Tbls. Frank's Red Hot (the only hot sauce we use in our house!)
  • 1 dried ancho chili, sliced
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 box frozen corn
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in crock pot
  • Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high
  • Serve in taco shells or pita with shredded cheese and sour cream
