Crock Pot Herb Roasted Potatoes By Kristin
6 medium potatoes
1⁄4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon instant minced onion
1⁄2 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley
4 tablespoons butter or olive oil
Cut potatoes into whatever shape you like (I usually do wedges since that's the least amount of cutting). Place into crock pot.
Add water and sprinkle with all the herbs and seasoning. Stir to distribute the herbs.
Add butter in separate pieces on top of the potatoes (or drizzle on the oil).
Cover and cook on low for 7+ hours or until tender.
Pairs Well With
Super easy, and you could easily adjust the seasonings to accommodate your own tastes. Or your garlic allergy :) The potatoes don't get crispy, so you might want to skip this one if that's a deal breaker for you.
