Why I Love This Recipe
This is a family favorite healthy snack created by one of our amazing Skinny Body Care Distributors.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 whole Chicken
2 cans of Low sodium Cream of mushroom soup
2 cans of water
1 can of diced Italian seasoned tomatoes
1 Tbsp thyme
1 bag of baby carrots
1 green pepper
1 red bell pepper
salt & pepper to taste
1.Mix the canned ingredients together with thyme, salt, pepper & water.
2. Put chicken and vegetable in crock pot and pour liquid over top.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 4 hours).
5.Serve with basmati, brown or white rice, mashed potatoes or dinner rolls.
