Crock pot Fajita

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time 8 hours

Ingredients

1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp. onion powder
½ tsp pepper
1 ½ cup dry pinto beans
1 onion coarsely chopped
1 or 2 green pepper seeded and thinly sliced
1 large can green chilies, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
Roast


Put the ingredients in a crock pot in this order. Roast seasonings dry beans onions chilies soup Rotel Cook on high setting for at least 10 hours. (depending on the size of the roast) Stir well when done and serve with tortillas, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. It sometimes sticks to the bottom if cooked over 10 hours. It is still good.
