- 1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, cut into bite size
- 2 lg onions, sliced
- 1 can (4 oz) mushrooms & liquid
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- Combine above ingredients in crockpot & cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.
- Serve over rice.
