Crockpot Chicken Tacos
2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 Tablespoons taco seasoning
2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
white corn tortillas
1 cup salsa
2 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cup lettuce, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
Place chicken breasts in crockpot.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over meat.
Cover with chicken broth.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
When done, shred chicken with two forks.
Wrap tortillas in foil and warm in oven.
Serve chicken tacos with salsa, cheese, onion, lettuce, & tomatoes.

Put it on in the morning, have a good meal without heating up the stove. Just so cool!
