BackstoryThis is the EASIEST thing to make...takes no time at all to prepare.
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 onion, sliced
- 10 garlic cloves, peeled
- salt, pepper, paprika, lemon pepper
- Spray the crockpot with non-stick spray. Place slices of onion at the bottom of the bowl. Season chicken with spices and lay on top of the onion. Place garlic cloves on top of the chicken.
- Cook on HIGH for one hour and LOW for 3-4 hours.
