Crockpot Glazed Apricot Chicken
8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
Puree preserves and add to crockpot. Put the rest of ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low setting for 6 hours. Serve on white rice .
