Crockpot Swiss Steak
1pound minute steaks or cube steaks
1 sweet green bell pepper, diced
1 sweet red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
Dredge steaks in flour then brown in skillet. Place all ingredients into a Crockpot. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour; then allow to cook 6 to 8 hours on LOW. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
