Crockpot Tex-Mex Pork
1 lb. boneless pork roast, cut into 1" pieces
2 cans Rotel with cilantro
1 -15-oz. can ranch-style beans
pinch of crushed red peppers
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Mix all ingredents in a 3-4 quart slow cooker and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until pork is tender.
