- 2lbs sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 onions
- can of mushrooms
- large can of stewed or diced tomatoes
- can of mushroom soup
- Slice onions and put on bottom of crockpot. Mix flour salt and pepper and dredge portion size pieces of steak through it. Place steak on top of onions and sprinkle remaining flour on top. Throw in can of mushrooms(or fresh if you have them). In bowl mix together mushroom soup and tomatoes and pour over steak. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 or so. Serve with rice or potatoes.
NotesSo easy it can be thrown together before going to work and smells great when you get back home!
