Crockpot V-8 Stew

Serves 4-5 | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

1 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 to 2 lbs. stew meat
1 can V-8
1 can water (1 1/4 c.)
Onion, chopped (to taste)
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp Tony's seasoning
4 med. potatoes, pared & cubed
3 med. carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/4 c. dry red cooking wine



Mix V-8, water, basil, salt, pepper and onion in crockpot. Add meat, potatoes, and carrots. Cook on high for about 6 to 8 hours. Makes about 4 to 5 servings.
