* 1/4 cup bread crumbs
* 1 tsp. seasoned salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 large eggs
* 2 tbsp. milk
* 1 cup herb-flavored stuffing mix
* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Combine the bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl; mix well.
Beat the eggs and milk in a medium bowl.
Place the stuffing mix in a large resealable plastic bag; seal the bag and crush the stuffing with a rolling pin.
Coat the chicken breasts with bread crumb mixture, then dip in the egg mixture.
Place the chicken in the bag with stuffing mix, pressing to coat the chicken.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken for 10 minutes. Turn and cook until the juices run clear, about 8-10 minutes.
