CRUNCHY TOPPED TOMATOES - MICROWAVE

Ingredients

  • 2 lg. firm tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

  • Wash tomatoes and cut crosswise into halves. Arrange halves around edge of microwave oven-proof dinner plate or nine inch pie plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, crushed potato chips and cheese. Microwave at high 3-4 minutes until hot and cheese is melted
