Crustless berry cream pie
1 box of instant vanilla pudding
2 169z fresh strawberries (or fruit of your choice) to yeild 4 cups when prepared
1 cup cool whip
2 cups milk
mix the pudding and milk according to directions on the pudding package
divide into 4 12oz bowls(bowls large enough to hold a cup of the fruit and 1/4 cup of the coolwhip, added later.)
cover the bowls and place them in the fridge to set
prepare the fruit and sweeten it if desire with sugar or equal a couple hours before you want to serve it.
at serving time place a cup of fruit and 1/4 cup of cool whip on top of each pudding.
Pairs Well With
Created as a lower calorie verson to "short cake"
change it to crustless banana cream pie by using bananas, (bananas don't need to be prepared ahead of time, slice 1 banana on top of each pudding at serving time and add coolwhip.
you can invent your own varations by changing the pudding and topping with what ever you can think of. If you can think of another varation please share it with me.
