1 lb. grass fed ground beef
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. sliced green olives
1/4 c. raisins
1 T. red wine vinegar
cooked rice of your choice
fresh cilantro, minced to garnish
Directions
In a skillet brown beef with pepper and onion until meat is cooked and veggies are tender. Add tomato sauce, olives, raisins, and vinegar. Simmer for 10 minutes or so. Serve over rice.
