Why I Love This Recipe

I made this with the leftovers of my Pork Loin Roast with a Spicy Rub. Possibly one of the best sandwiches I have ever made.

Ingredients You'll Need


White Sub Roll (I used a fresh pistole from the Chocolate Maven.)
Dijon Mustard
4 slices of Pork Tenderloin Roast with Spicy Rub, heated prior to assembly
Thinly sliced Prosciutto
Emmentaler Swiss Cheese
Dill Pickle Slices
Butter


Directions

Assemble sandwiches, and butter both sides of roll.


In hot saute pan, press sandwich. Then flip, and press again until the bread is crusty and the cheese melty. (I used my iron skillet as a press; I've seen Bobby Flay use a brick.)


I accompanied my Cuban with oven baked sweet potato fries.
