- 6 to 8 pieces of cube steak
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 med onion, sliced in rings
- Salt, pepper and flour cube steak. Brown both sides of steak in a small amount of grease in frying pan. Remove steak from pan and place in a shallow casserole dish. Add mushroom soup, and water to steak drippings. Place onion rings over steak and pour gravy over steak. Cover with foil paper and bake at 375 for about 1 hour.
