Cucumber Salad with Roasted Sesame

Ingredients You'll Need
1 english cucumber thinly sliced
small bunch of green onions thinly sliced
3 TBSP apple vinegar
2 TBSP soy sauce
1/2 inch fresh ginger grated
2 teaspoons brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 TBSP roasted sesame seeds
In bowl mix vinegar, oshawa nama shoyu, sugar, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
Add cucumber and green onions in bowl and mix.
