Why I Love This Recipe
I used this recipe for a restaurant I owned, so bear in mind that the quantities are huge! I would suggest reducing.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 Cucumbers, Peeled and Diced
3 Pounds Sour Cream
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Cups Oil
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Mix all ingredients together, being sure that oil is completely mixed into sour cream.
It's best to use a food processor to mix the sour cream and oil. However, DO NOT add the cucumbers until after everything else is mixed in. The cucumbers should be folded in otherwise they'll become a mushy mess!
Pair this with a Spinach Pie for an especially great taste.
