CURRIED CRAB QUICHE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pie crust
- Filling:
- 1 pound crab or crawfish
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1 tablespoon chopped onions (finely)
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 cup cubed swiss cheese
- Wet Ingredients:
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 3/4 c.milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Mix together wet ingredients pour over the filling in a pie crust. Bake on 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until light brown and set. Cool slightly and cut into wedges
