Curried Crabmeat Dip
13 ounces crabmeat (fresh, frozen, or canned)
2 packages cream cheese (8 ounces)
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons grated onion (or finely chopped)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate; cover overnight to allow flavors to blend.
Serve with French bread, pita bread, or crackers.
