Curry Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 onion chopped
5 garlic cloves minced
1/2 inch ginger grated finely
12 oz. cauliflower florets
dash of olive oil as needed
8 cherry tomatoes halved
1 TBSP sesame seeds
1 TBSP curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
small bunch cilantro for garnish


In pan saute onion, garlic, ginger and cauliflower with oil.


Add and stir cherry tomatoes, sesame seeds, curry, salt and pepper then cover and cook till cauliflower is tender.


Garnish with cilantro.
