1 onion chopped
5 garlic cloves minced
1/2 inch ginger grated finely
12 oz. cauliflower florets
dash of olive oil as needed
8 cherry tomatoes halved
1 TBSP sesame seeds
1 TBSP curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
small bunch cilantro for garnish
Sauté onions, garlic, ginger and cauliflower in oil.
Add sesame seeds, curry, turmeric, cayenne, salt and pepper.
When cauliflower if half cooked add pineapple and tomatoes and cook covered till cauliflower if ready.
Place some cilantro over dish for garnish.
