- Servings: Four
- Preparation Time: 1/2 Hour
- 1 Qt cooked chicken
- 2 cans water chestnuts
- 1 Lbs seedless grapes
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup toasted almonds
- Blend:
- 1.5 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/5 tsp curry powder
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
Combine and chill. Garnish with pineapple, grapes and almonds.
