CURRY DIP

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons herb spices (“Fine Herbes” made by Spice Island)
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  • 1. Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • 2. Serve with cherry tomatoes, cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, celery sticks, sliced bell pepper, cucumbers, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, and whole green onions.
