Curry Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons herb spices (“Fine Herbes” made by Spice Island)
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.


2. Serve with cherry tomatoes, cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, celery sticks, sliced bell pepper, cucumbers, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, and whole green onions.
