3 large eggs, stirred
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 cups 2% milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, mix together eggs, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add milk and mix with a whisk until smooth.
Pour into six 6-oz. custard cups.
Place cups in 13x9" pan and place in oven.
Fill pan around the cups with about 1.5" of water
Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted and comes out clean.
Serve warm or cold
