Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ to ¾ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp White Pepper

Directions

  • In bowl, whisk together all ingredients until blended.
  • Makes enough for two 9-inch tarts
