This recipe goes with: Spinach and Goat Cheese Tart

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ to ¾ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp White Pepper

DIRECTIONS

In bowl, whisk together all ingredients until blended.


Makes enough for two 9-inch tarts
