Ingredients

¾ cup dill sprigs
½ cup chives
½ cup white wine vinegar
1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 teaspoon sea salt
¾ cup canola oil


Place dill and chives in work bowl of food processor; add white wine vinegar. Process until very chopped and green. Add remaining ingredients, except oil. With the motor running, slowly add the canola oil until thick. Strain and set aside. Any left over dressing can be stored in refrigerator for several weeks and used for other salads.
