Ingredients You'll Need
3 Tbls. butter
2 c. chopped onion
9 c. sliced mushrooms, divided in half
4 c. vegetable broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. dill
4 c. milk
1/2 c. whipping cream
Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet
Add onion and mushroom and cook until tender
Add broth, pepper, and dill
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes
Puree in small amounts in a blender, return to pan
Add remaining mushrooms and return to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes
Stir in milk and cream and stir until warmed through
