Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

4 Green Large Bell Peppers
1 lbs ground beef
2 cans skinned tomotoes (or about 8 tomotoas peeled yourself)- cut into small pieces
1 can corn (yellow or white)
1 small can sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
parmesean cheese


Directions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet


Cut the tops off of the peppers (like a pumpkin) and clear out all the seeds. Place the peppers in boiling water for about 15 minutes, or until soft.


Mix the corn, mushrooms, tomotaoes and ground beef in a large bowl. Place the 4 peppers in a baking tray and fill them with the mixture of beef. Sprinkle Parmesean cheese on top and warm in the oven until cheese is lightly browned.
