Dad's Sunflower Seeds
Pumpkin full o'seeds
Preheat oven to 250 F. Remove seeds from pumpkin. Clean and rinse. Boil in salty water for "a while". The saltiness of the water will determine the saltiness of your end product.
Once the seeds are boiled, drain and pat down a bit with a towel to remove excess water. Spread onto baking sheet and bake, flipping and stirring occasionally, until desired crispiness is reached.
