- Cooking Time: 5
- Servings: 1
- Preparation Time: overnight freeze
- 2 bananas, slice and frozen.
- 1. Take the frozen banana pieces and put them in a food processor. Process until smooth. Eat.
- 2. That's it! Really!
- 3. If you want, you can add extra flavors: vanilla beans, scoop of peanut butter, diced mango, mixed berries... the possibilities are endless!
NotesI don't know the original creator of this idea, as it is so wide spread. But if you haven't yet heard about it, you should now! Frozen bananas, when blended or put in a food processor, comes out very much like a soft serve ice cream! This is an amazing base to build from. And totally healthy.
