Damasco com Cream Cheese

Ingredients

300 g de damascos
150 g de cream cheese
3 colheres (sopa) de sementes de papoula


Corte os damascos horizontalmente até a metade para que possam ser recheados.


Coloque cerca de uma colher (chá) de cream cheese no meio de cada damasco e aperte levemente.


Com a própria colher, alise a borda de cream cheese.


Num prato, espalhe as sementes de papoula. Empane cada damasco pressionando o cream cheese nas sementes.


Arrume os damascos recheados num prato de maneira harmoniosa.


Sirva imediatamente ou leve à geladeira.
