Dan Pastorini's Beef Filet Sliders
1 jar Pastorini’s Texas Style Rub
2 six-oz. tenderloin steaks
1 jar horseradish sauce
8 oz. mayonnaise
4 leaves lettuce
1 sliced tomato
1 can crispy onions
4 slider buns
1. Preheat a grill. Rub the steaks with the Texas Style Rub. Grill to medium rare.
2. Split and rub the inside of the slider buns with horseradish sauce and mayonnaise. On the bottom half of each bun, place the cooked steak. Top with lettuce, tomato, and crispy onions. Serve immediately.
