Danish Potato Dumplings - for Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups potatoes (grated)
- 1/3 cup beef suet (ground)
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 cups flour
DIRECTIONS
Blend ingredients in order given and drop by tablespoonsful into hot broth or soup and boil 45 minutes.
