DANISH POTATO DUMPLINGS - FOR SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 cups potatoes (grated)
  • 1/3 cup beef suet (ground)
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 cups flour

Directions

  • Blend ingredients in order given and drop by tablespoonsful into hot broth or soup and boil 45 minutes.
