Why I Love This Recipe

This dark chocolate ganache recipe couldn’t be any simpler. It has two ingredients and can be used in so many ways! You can use it for covering or frosting cakes, you can pipe it and create silky smooth swirls or you can use it chilled and rolled in cocoa powder to make your own chocolates.


Ingredients You'll Need

400g dark chocolate
375ml double cream


Directions

Melt the chocolate and cream together over a saucepan of simmering water.


Keep stirring until they are combined and the ganache looks smooth.


Leave to cool then it’s ready to be used whichever way you like!
