BackstoryI lightened up a traditional PB Banana smoothie recipe for a new spin on an old favorite. I really enjoy whipping this up for an on-the-go breakfast for early mornings. This smoothie keeps my stomach full until lunch!
- One medium ripe banana (frozen or room temperature)
- 2 Tbs. Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate syrup
- 2 Tbs. Creamy Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter
- 3/4 C. Skim Milk
- Crushed Ice
- Add banana, syrup, peanut butter, milk and a handful of ice to blender and blend until smooth. If you want a thicker smoothie, add more ice until you've reached your desired consistency. Enjoy with a straw!
