- Flour Tortillas
- cream cheese
- dash of powdered sage
- Sliced Turkey Breast
- Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
- Cranberry sauce
- Use Flour Tortillas, either cream cheese or mayonaise with a few dashes of powdered sage spread on tortillas, layer thin amounts of sliced Turkey Breast, iceberg lettuce leaves, Cranberry dressing and stuffing, roll up tortilla and toothpick through the center of each one, place seam side down in a glass dish or pan, cover with plastic wrap, chill. Slice in half and serve like a sandwich.
NotesFor a heartier sandwich this can be done using same ingredients to fill a hoagie roll instead of rolling up in a tortilla.
