- 6-8 cups of apple slices
- 2 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2- to 1 cup melted butter(depending on how many apple slices)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup pecans
- Heap your pie pan or casserole dish with as many apple slices as you like.
- Sprinkle with sugar
- and cinnamon. Can use less cinnamon if you like.
- Mix the rest and pour over the apples.
- bake 1 hour at 350.
NotesI have been making this pie for several years. It is so easy and is a real winner taste wise. Add some vanilla ice cream and it is heaven
