DEEP DISH EASY CRUST APPLE PIE
- 6-8 cups of apple slices
- 2 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2- to 1 cup melted butter(depending on how many apple slices)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup pecans
Heap your pie pan or casserole dish with as many apple slices as you like.
Sprinkle with sugar
and cinnamon. Can use less cinnamon if you like.
Mix the rest and pour over the apples.
bake 1 hour at 350.
I have been making this pie for several years. It is so easy and is a real winner taste wise. Add some vanilla ice cream and it is heaven
