- 1 lb. deer
- 1/2 lb. pork fat
- 1/2 lb. beef fat
- 2 teaspoons cure
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon whole pepper corns
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
DIRECTIONS
Grind meat add spices sit for 2 days in frig. Smoke on grill, cool smoke, or hang & smoke in smokehouse
