Ingredients

  • 1 lb. deer
  • 1/2 lb. pork fat
  • 1/2 lb. beef fat
  • 2 teaspoons cure
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon whole pepper corns
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed

Directions

  • Grind meat add spices sit for 2 days in frig. Smoke on grill, cool smoke, or hang & smoke in smokehouse
