- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2-3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. kosher red wine
- 1" piece grated fresh ginger
- Mix all of the above together. Makes two cups.
