This was handed down to me by my mom, Grammy Marie McLaughlin. I think of her every time I make it.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups cold cooked potatoes, chopped into fine pieces
3/4 cup cream
1/4 grated cheese (American)
Salt and pepper to taste
Put potato pieces into a pie plate. Salt & pepper to taste. Add cream and mix thoroughly. Cover with cheese, which should form a golden crust. Bake at 325 for 30 min.
