DEVILED CARROTS

  • Servings: 6-8
  • Preparation Time: 10

Ingredients

  • 6 large carrots, sliced diagonally
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 drop Tabasco hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Sauté the carrots in butter for about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes or until tender. Yield: 6 servings

Here's a delicious way to prepare carrots. I've been making this for years but can't remember the source.
