Why I Love This Recipe
This was handed down to me through my mother who got it from her father. This was our Saturday lunch go to recipe.
It is an easy quick lunch or snack and is oh so tasty!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoon ground prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worchester sauce
1 package (8) hamburger rolls
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Set broiler on low setting.
Spread 1 to 2 tablespoon(s) onto to each hamburger bun.
Place buns under broiler for 6 - 10 minutes until burger is cooked.
Remove from oven.
Eat as is or to make it more of a lunch, you can add cheese, lettuce or tomato.
