Deviled Eggs with Potted Meat
6 Boiled eggs
3 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 Cans potted meat
2 Tablespoons finely diced onion
2 Tablespoons mustard
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Half eggs lengthwise. Empty egg yolks into a mixing bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a sandwich bag with a corner cut off. Pipe the meat egg mixture into eggs, mounding high and salt and pepper to taste.
